What’s really going on
Recall fails because it has been optional. A dog who is called ten times and comes on the eleventh has learned exactly what “come” means. Drive, prey instinct and distance make it worse.
Real off-leash reliability is built on layers: engagement, a rock-solid recall on a long line, duration in position, and clear communication at a distance.

Which program gives real off-leash reliability?
The six-week VIP Service-Dog-Level program. It includes the Mini-Educator e-collar, complete off-leash reliability, transport home and an in-home handover session, then unlimited in-home lessons.
Do you train recall for high-drive breeds?
Yes. Working breeds, hunting breeds and herding breeds are a specialty. Seth’s farm background training Quarter Horses gives him a feel for drive and structure that high-energy dogs respond to.
